This apartment is on the 2nd floor with beautiful sea views,
the golf club house is a 6 min walk away and there are
shops, bars and restaurants just behind the golf complex.
There is a new communal pool 50 meters
from the apartment and also a large pool at the club house.
The Real Club De Golf Campoamor course was opened in 1989. The
course offers challenges for all levels from amateur to
professional.
The wide lush fairways of the front 9
differing from the narrower fairways of the back 9 as you
work your way through the valley taking in the Med views.
The course has a magnificent club house
complex, with excellent restaurant and bar facilities, Large
well stoked pro-shop, Beautiful communal pool and
surrounding area, Tennis courts, Gym and Football pitches.
Altogether catering for all your needs.
Outside there is a balcony with great
sea views table and chairs. New communal pool and plenty of
car parking.
A great place to play golf with 2 other
golf courses, Villamartin, Las Rambles on your door step and
La Manga and La Finca about a 30 minute drive.
If you are looking to spend your days on
the beach, the beautiful Campoamor beach is just a 5 min
drive away.
All along the coast you will find lovely
blue flag beaches. There is horse riding in the next village
and at Campoamor.
A street market is held in Playa
Flamenca on Saturdays just down the road and on Fridays the
market is in Torrevieja, this being one of the largest in
Spain.

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
