This villa is
situated close to the large communal swimming pool and

You
enter the villa into the open plan lounge/dining area with
sofa and a dining table and chairs for 4 people.
There
is a separate kitchen with base and wall units, the kitchen
also has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and
microwave. The washing machine is located in the separate
utility room. There is a downstairs cloakroom on this floor.
Upstairs there is a full bathroom with an over bath shower
and 2 bedrooms.
The
master bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes.
The
second room has twin beds and again provides built in
wardrobes.
On this
floor you have access to a balcony and a further staircase
which gives access to the roof solarium.

Information:
In addition to the above guests will be asked for a linen
fee of 50 Euros on arrival and will also need to pay a
refundable damage/breakage deposit of £100 at the time of
booking.
