La Fontana is situated in
the Les Marines area of Denia, 5 minutes walk from the beach
and 3 miles (5km) from Denia town centre.
There are several shops
within walking distance (less than 10 minutes on foot) from
the apartment.
In the Les Fonts complex there are two supermarkets: Dia Dia
(open all day until 2030hrs) and Super G (closed for lunch).
In addition, there is a German bakery (at Novia Denia which
is open from 07.30 to 19.30 ,Monday to Friday and until
13.30 on Saturday.
Finally, there is a pharmacy located opposite the La Fontana
complex.
There is a good Spar supermarket open on Sunday from 0930 to
1400hrs, but you will need a car to make the trip.
In Denia town centre, there are various small shops open on
Sunday and a craft market by the port on Sunday afternoons.
Denia also has a more general market on Monday mornings
there is a regular bus service between La Fontana and Denia
town centre. La Fontana is one bus stop from the terminus
and runs at least hourly.
There is
also a train service between Denia and Alicante which serves
Gata de Gorgos and Benidorm.
Accommodation:
The property has 2 bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen and a good size
balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The apartment will
comfortably sleep four.
The lounge and balcony extension are
very bright rooms; the balcony faces south and so gets the
sun for most of the day.
The lounge is equipped with a TV,
DVD/CD/Video player and a portable radio/cassette/CD player.
Please feel free to bring your own music and films!
The master bedroom, with a view over the
pools and garden, has a double bed with two bedside tables
and an alarm clock.
The second bedroom has two single beds
and both bedrooms have a large amount of wardrobe space.
The kitchen is well equipped including a
fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and a 6
piece set of cutlery, plates, cups and saucers.

Beach towels are not supplied.

Information:
A £100
deposit is required to secure your booking.
A £150 breakage/damage deposit is required, this is returnable
on condition of no damage/breakages.
The
property has a telephone and internet access which are
charged at Telefonica rates.
