This brand new south-east facing property is situated at Los
Altos, on a new development called La Cinuelica.
You are a short walk to two supermarkets;
Consum and MaxCoop. There are lots of bars and restaurants
within walking distance, including the complex Via Park 3 with a
variety of English restaurants and bars as well as a Chinese and
Indian restaurant a Quicksave supermarket and the Post Room
which offers internet access. You can walk to the many
restaurants at Punta Prima, which has Chinese, Indian, English
and Italian restaurants and there is a very nice Spanish
restaurant Patio Andaluz.
Punta Prima beach is about a 20 minute
walk away.
Accommodation:
Walk in through the gate and you have the
garden area with small palm tree and gated driveway which has
been laid with small stones. Go down the pathway and two steps
takes you up onto the porch area which has a patio table and
four chairs.
Go through the front door and you have the
living/dining room which is furnished with a 3 seater sofa-bed,
2 seater sofa, unit with TV, DVD player, video player and a
selection of video’s (including films for children), stereo,
wooden coffee table, ceiling fan light, mirror, pictures, dining
table, 4 dining chairs and sideboard. Air conditioning.
The archway at the end of the dining room
takes you into the fully tiled kitchen, with fridge/freezer,
electric oven, hob, kettle and toaster.
The glass door to the side of the kitchen
takes you into the galleria area with washing machine and hot
water heater.
Go through the archway leading off of the
living room takes you through to the main bedroom and bathroom.
The main bedroom has 2 single beds, 3
drawer bedside cabinet, lamp, fitted wardrobe and hangers. The
window looks out onto the front of the property.
The main bathroom has a bath, over the
bath shower, toilet, bidet, sink and window.
Off of the living dining room there is a
door which takes you into the second bedroom which has 2 single
beds, 3 drawer beside cabinet, lamp, fitted wardrobe with
hangers.
Going back out of the property and to the
side of the property you have stairs that lead up to the roof
top solarium with views of the sea and Torrevieja. A spectacular
view especially when dark. The rooftop solarium has a patio
table and 4 chairs, 5 sun-loungers, shower, plant plots with
artificial flowers.
There are 2 heaters for the winter and 2
fans for the summer.
The communal pool is situated down the
road.
The 2 bedroom property is alarmed and has
a rooftop solarium.
Facilities:
Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4
courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La
Finca (at Algorfa).
There are several beaches within a 10
minute drive of the villa; La Mata, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca,
La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute
drive. The area also has a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis),
Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park, there is
horse-riding and jet skiing (summer only) at Campoamor and
go-karting on the N332 near Playa Flamenca, all within a 10
minute drive.
Special Points:
The villa is suitable for families, couples, golfers and
elderly. There is one step leading from the road to the pathway
and a small step into the property.
There is construction work going on in the surrounding area.
No smoking in the property, no pets.
Bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided.
A car would be recommended, but not essential. An airport pickup
service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is
approximately 35 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 25 minutes
drive.
There is bus service to Torrevieja which is hourly. During July
and August there is an hourly bus service to the local beaches.
The bus stop is a 5 minutes walk, outside the Consum
supermarket. Booking
Information:
The property is
cleaned prior to your arrival and bed linen and towels (not
beach pool towels) are provided.
Pets are
not allowed, the villa is non-smoking, smoking is permitted
outside only.
Rental
periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.
A
non-refundable booking deposit of £50.00 per week is required to
secure booking.
The balance
is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers
are available on any day of the week.
A welcome
pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread,
butter, eggs and bottle of wine to get your holiday off to a
good start!
A
refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at
the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay
subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
Additional
charge for collection of keys if arriving between the hours of
23.00-08.00.
Beach
towels, travel cot and high chair can be provided at an
additional charge.
