Description:
Situated in an
exclusive street, in an upmarket area, and only 5 minutes
walk from the Blue Flag La Zenia beach, and the first class
La Zenia Hotel.
This is
the only large hotel in this small resort, which is very
popular with families and golfers. Non residents are also
welcome to use the La Zenia hotel facilities, gym, internet,
evening entertainment etc.
The apartment has a communal pool with Jacuzzi for adults and
children, and terraced areas and balcony, for relaxation and
leisure.
There
is also hot and cold air conditioning, and an intercom door
security system.
Within
easy walking distance of local shops, bars (including the
well known Paddy's Point Irish Pub) restaurants, banks,
supermarket etc.
There
are also other similar small resorts and beaches close by,
should you wish to explore, and for the golfing enthusiasts,
there are three golf courses, all only a fifteen minute
drive, or taxi ride away.
The bus
stop for the bustling town of Torrevieja, with its evening
entertainment and interesting street markets, and famous
salt lakes etc, is only a couple of minutes away, or a cab
will only cost about ten Euros, and is only a fifteen minute
ride from the apartment.
There
is so much to see and do around Orihuela Costa. The
apartment is also just a short taxi ride from Murcia (San
Javier) Airport, or you can fly into Alicante Airport, which
is a little further away.

locally, and a receipt obtained for you to pay on arrival.
The management agent of this property resides only 5 minutes
away, should you have any query or difficulty.
