This villa
offers a large side gravelled area for sunbathing and
outside dining.
You
also directly overlook and have access to one of the 2
communal swimming pools on the urbanization from the rear of
the villa.
The
villa has air conditioning and provides the guest with
English television.
Downstairs you will find a large lounge with 2 sofas and an
open plan dining area with seating for 6 people.
There
is a separate fully fitted kitchen with base and wall units,
the kitchen also has an electric hob, fridge/freezer,
washing machine and microwave oven.
Downstairs you have one of the 3 bedrooms with a single bed
and a free standing wardrobe. There is also a downstairs
bathroom with shower toilet and wash basin.
Upstairs there is a full bathroom with an over bath shower
and a further 2 bedrooms.
The
master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes and
free standing drawers and a bed side cabinet. There are
patio doors which lead onto the front facing balcony.
The
second bedroom has twin beds and a free standing bedside
cabinet. A single patio door leads to a large balcony with
access to the roof solarium and views of the communal pool
and garden area.
Booking
Information: At the time
of booking guests will be asked to pay a refundable breakage
deposit of £100. On arrival at the villa you will be asked
for a linen fee of 60 Euros.
