Detached 3 bedroom villa with private swimming pool and outdoor summer kitchen. Situated at San Miguel blue lagoon Residencia area, near Torrevieja.

The villa is 5 kilometres (10 minutes) by car from many Costa Blanca sandy beaches.

Located approximately 45 minutes from either Alicante or Murcia airport. Close to many sandy beaches, golf courses, horse riding, tennis. Conveniently located to bars, restaurants.

Accommodation:
Detached 3 bedroom villa with 10 x 5 meter swimming pool, and summer kitchen with BBQ.

The villa comprises of 3 double bedrooms 2 bathrooms one with en-suit. One king size bed (master bedroom) with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan, the other bedroom has two single beds with fitted wardrobes and one double bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Both bathrooms have showers. Oil central heating (for the winter months).

Booking Information:
To secure your booking we require a deposit of £100 per week payable on bookings. (None refundable deposit)

The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday rental.

A £100 security deposit is required 8 weeks prior to your rental booking, which is refundable on satisfactory inspection report.

The cost includes all cleaning of the property and clean bedding

Towels are supplied.

Please bring your own beach towels.

You will be met at the property by a representative who will cater to your needs on arrival and departure.
