The villa has
one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms all fitted with
comfortable beds and modern built-in wardrobes.
Modern,
fully equipped kitchen provides you with everything you will
need to serve up your holiday meals, snacks and drinks. You
have a cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing
machine, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board amongst many,
many others.
Both
bathrooms are fully tiled and have a bath with overhead
shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
We have
made sure that your stay in your holiday villa is enjoyable
and relaxing, even when you decide to simply laze around
indoors and watch the satellite television (with many
English programmes) or listen to music in your own spacious
living room. This room can also conveniently convert into an
extra sleeping area with a fold down double sofa-bed for
bigger parties.
The
dining area is also large enough to be used for additional
indoor relaxation and socialising as well as accommodating
six people during meal times.
You can
then choose to have some quiet drinks sat on your own
private patio whilst star gazing and watching over the
lights of Cabo Roig.
There is
a large community swimming pool which is available free of
charge to all guests.
The
spacious roof top solarium is also available for you if you
just want to relax and soak up all that Sunshine and can be
used as a large BBQ area during the evenings.
On the
first floor, at the front of the villa, you also have your
own private balcony where you can sit and watch the world go
by.

There is a choice of different local supermarkets within 50
metres of your villa, and a number of huge hypermarkets less
than 10 minutes drive away.
If you want to stay in a place where you can walk to the
beach, shops and bars and still be close to the outstanding
Alicante golf courses then this is for you.
The villa is only a 5 minute drive away from the golf triangle
and is perfectly located within 10-15 minutes drive from all
the other attractions that the town has to offer such as one
of the biggest outdoor markets in Spain, many different
types of restaurants, bars, cafes, the Aqua Water Park, the
promenade fun-fair, the International Marina and the Yacht
Club to name just a few.
Torrevieja boasts one of the largest open air street markets
in Spain. It is set up in the vicinity of the bus station
every Friday, and people come from miles around to pick up a
bargain or to buy fruit and vegetables fresh from the farm.
Local handcrafts can also be purchased in the numerous
stalls set up along the Paseo de la Libertad. The most
typical local handcrafted products are salt boats, the
frames of which are immersed in the salt flats where, after
a certain time, these tiny vessels become encrusted with
white salt crystals. The indoor market is open daily for
fish, fruit, vegetables and fresh meat and is situated in
the centre of town. Each evening, close to the harbour, you
will find the craft market where you can buy hand made
Jewellery or maybe some carved art from Africa or even some
leather goods at a fraction of the price at home.
The town boasts all kinds of commercial establishments,
ranging from large hypermarkets to small shops.

A non-returnable booking deposit of £100 is required to
confirm your booking.
The balance (e.g. the total amount payable less your deposit)
is due anytime, but at least 6 weeks before your arrival
date.
A damage deposit of £50 is required with the final
payment which will be refunded to you in full within 7 days
of the keys being returned to us and subject to there being
no damage in the villa.
