The house is located in Blue Lagoon a
very peaceful well established residential area which from
the roof terrace offers great view's of the Mediterranean.
Only 7 minutes from the safe sandy
Blue Flag beaches of La Zenia, Campoamor and Cabo Roig which
are ideal for children.
Also only five minutes away is the
famous Villamartin plaza with over 30 bars and restaurants
where you will also find cafes, ten-pin bowling and banks
and a mini-market completing all the necessary facilities.
Buses run every hour from the plaza to
the beaches and into town if you don't want to drive. If you
are looking for a lively holiday or just to unwind and relax
this location is ideal.
Torrevieja is a short 20 minute drive away, with it's
fabulous marina, Beaches, Bars and restaurants. Alicante is
only 45 minutes away with its beautiful boulevard and
pleasant shopping streets, and among other things also has a
fabulous marina and beaches. Benidorm is about 1 hour and 15
minutes away. Benidorm Spain's largest tourist resort.
With hundreds of restaurants, bars and clubs. Benidorm is
also home to Terra Mitica Spain's first real theme park, An
Aqua park, Marine land and Zoo plus much more.
The villa is in a quiet area but you
may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing
swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio
area, a south facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque.
If you are driving there is private
parking with the outside areas of the house having external
lighting.
There are two large kitchens and
living rooms making this an excellent choice of
accommodation for two families sharing.
Blue Lagoon is also situated within 15
minutes of 5 top class golf courses, Villamartin, Las
Ramblas, Campoamor & La Finca PGA golf course, With
Villamartin the closest only minutes away by foot or car
which was host to the Spanish Open in 1984. Within the area
there are twelve other course, including La Manga, which is
approx. 40 minutes drive. Bookings for tee times can be made
on request.

On the
ground floor there are two double beds, two single beds,
kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining area. On the first
floor, four single beds, kitchen, bathroom, living room and
dining room.
On the
second floor there is a double bed, third bathroom and large
sun terrace.
Close to the villa you will find a beach, horse riding,
golf, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 3 twin
and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities .
This gives room for up to 12 people.
There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining
room.
To
prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a
fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a
dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.
The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware,
cooking utensils.
